What is the Sister House?
It’s a safe and secure environment for at-risk women and children in the Gulf region.
Staffed by trained volunteers, the Sister House has a partially paid coordinator thanks to funding provided by the Department of Justice and Attorney General through the Lambert Wungarch Justice Group.
Legendz Removals always support the Sister House. The Team uploads the goods from the Gold Coast to Hawkins Freight Depot at Eagle Farm, Brisbane, at no cost.
The organisation offers an Op Shop and 100% of the sales go to help fund the Sister House.
Would like to donate?
We do not accept furniture, food or anything that encourages drinking or violence.
What to donate: clothes for adults and children, shoes, work tools, uniforms and black pants, hygiene products, kitchen utensils, appliances.
It’s essential to wash your clothes before donating.
